Who this fits
You’ll thrive in an early-stage, fast-changing environment where you build programs while handling hands-on execution. From the employer
Our Mission
Rebuild how the world works, to make institutions work better for the people they serve.
About Brain Co.
Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. Each system is built for a specific industry, powered by agents that push real workflows forward. Underneath it all is Atlas, our proprietary platform that keeps customers in control, secure by design, and never locked into one model.
Why Now
Brain Co. is entering its next phase of production deployments on a national scale with an elite team built from Palantir, Google, Meta, and Nvidia, and a growing footprint across government, insurance, health, and financial services.
Joining now means shaping both the company and a new category of applied AI. Every project here ships to production and is expected to create measurable customer value and impact.
You'll work alongside exceptional peers on some of the hardest problems in applied AI. It’s the kind of work you'll still be proud of in ten years from now.
About the Role
Brain Co. is hiring a Marketing Lead to be the #3 marketing hire on our team, reporting directly to the CMO. This is a high-visibility role with broad surface area: you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership to shape how Brain Co. shows up in the market. One day you may be refining positioning with engineers, and the next you may be briefing a creative agency on a new campaign or helping Sales prepare for a strategic customer meeting.
We’re in a moment where the gap between what AI can do and how customers actually adopt it is the defining problem in our market. You’ll be the person who closes that gap in-market, taking our positioning and making it land for very different audiences: government, healthcare, and Fortune 500 enterprises.
Above all, you’ll move quickly, iterate on how we go to market, and turn what our product can do into the reasons customers choose us.
We're looking for a full-stack marketer with a strong product marketing foundation—someone equally comfortable developing positioning and messaging as they are overseeing content, creative, events, and broader go-to-market initiatives. Because we're still early, we're looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, operating in ambiguity, moving quickly, and wearing multiple hats. No task is below them.
This role reports to the CMO. There’s meaningful room to grow the scope and the function over time.
Responsibilities
Verticals & Use Cases: Take our positioning and translate it into the specific narratives, assets, and campaigns that resonate by segment: government, healthcare, regulated industries, and Fortune 500. Be the person who turns one platform story into many, each tuned to the buyer.
Positioning & Product Marketing: Partner with Product, Engineering, and leadership to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and launch strategies that clearly communicate the value of our AI platform across different industries and buyer personas.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Own and execute cross-functional marketing initiatives spanning product launches, content, customer stories, campaigns, and go-to-market programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Brand & Creative: Partner with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to bring Brain Co.'s story to life across our website, marketing assets, campaigns, and customer-facing experiences, ensuring consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
Sales Partnership: Build enablement materials, customer-facing assets, and vertical-specific messaging that help our GTM team communicate value, accelerate deals, and continuously improve based on customer feedback.
Events & Market Presence: Help determine where Brain Co. shows up in the market and own execution across conferences, industry events, customer engagements, and thought leadership opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with the CMO, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Design to ensure our messaging, launches, and marketing efforts stay aligned as the company evolves. Bring structure where needed, move quickly, and help build the foundation for a world-class marketing organization.
