WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

We have a dynamic team of consultants and technologists who are dedicated to making our customers successful, but our customers' needs are getting even more sophisticated and technically complex. We are looking to add more consultative muscle to the Implementation Consulting team in order to solve our customers' most complex challenges through the application of thought leadership and technical domain expertise.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Actively engage directly with large and complex enterprises to help transform their business using Box technology.

• You will act as a customer advocate, motivated by helping others succeed.

• You will listen actively, ask questions, and translate business needs into actionable plans.

• Building trusting relationships and provide advice on improving strategies for long-term success.

• You will serve as a liaison between multiple teams with competing priorities.

• You will possess persuasive, professional, flexible, and detail-oriented skills.

• You will be ready to join a strong team that influences the company's long-term success.

• You will be comfortable in this role as you contribute to the team's efforts.

WHO YOU ARE

We are an AI-first company. This means you approach your work with a growth mindset and find ways to leverage AI to help make faster, smarter decisions that will 10X your impact at Box.

• Fluent in German and English

• You have 7+ years in software implementation or Consulting.

• You have at least 2+ years in SaaS industry.

• You have led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail.

• You are an excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• You are experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders.

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week. Your Recruiter will share more about how we work and company culture during the hiring process.
