What you'll do

- Experience contributing to enterprise-scale deployments and hands-on familiarity with SaaS implementations
- Fluent Japanese plus English reading and writing ability beyond the basic level

Box Consulting Teamでは、テクノロジーとコンサルティングスキルを生かして、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現し、一緒にチームのミッションの実現の一翼を担って頂ける導入コンサルタントを募集しています。
コンテンツは企業の全ての業務で使われていると言っても過言では無く、Boxはあらゆる業務を変革するポテンシャルがあります。広範囲に変革をもたらすが故に、適切なゴール設定と設計、利用定着化に向けた戦略が必要です。
このポジションは、新規および既存のお客様がBoxプラットフォームを導入する際に、お客様の目線に立ち、お客様のクラウドでのコンテンツ管理の理想像を描き、お客様の変革を実現することをお任せします。
導入コンサルタントは、お客様のステークホルダーと密に連携しながらプロジェクトの進捗を管理し、高い専門性を持ってお客様の業務及び技術に関してプロフェッショナルなアドバイスを提供します。初期導入プロジェクトの開始から完了、その後の継続的な利用定着化活動、利用拡大をプロジェクト単位で担います。構想策定からビジネス要件とユースケースの把握、スコープをコントロールしながら成果物の実行に向けたプロジェクトマネジメントを担当頂きます。
導入コンサルタントは、複数のお客様向けのプロジェクトを同時進行で管理し、Boxの他の組織のメンバーと協働しプロジェクトを成功に導きます。
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- プロジェクト計画やプロジェクトリソースの管理を含む、新規Box顧客の実装のリードする
- お客様毎に、構想策定、初期導入支援、利用定着化のための計画を確実に実行する
- プロジェクトの進捗管理、課題・リスク管理、リソース管理を適切に行い、状況を関係者に報告する
- お客様のユースケースと要件を理解し、Boxの企業向け・業界向けのベストプラクティスを活用し、お客様の設計・設定のアドバイスを行う
- 導入時のお客様の問題のトラブルシューティング
- お客様の大規模なデータ移行の案件を支援する
- Boxと3rdパーティー製品の連携を踏まえ、お客様に対してEnd-To-Endのソリューションを提案する
- 営業と連携し、新規プロジェクトのスコープ、見積もり、作業明細書を作成する
- 営業およびCSMチームと連携し、お客様毎に、Boxをお客様の業務ITシステムの中核として頂くための計画を策定し、さらに、将来的な売上拡大に向けた計画策定を行う
- お客様の声を把握し、社内へフィードバックすることで、Boxのサービス改善につなげる
WHO YOU ARE
- 4年制の学位
- 2年以上のコンサルティング経験（IT組織経由の社内コンサルティング、またはコンサルティング会社やソフトウェアプロバイダーでの社外コンサルティングのいずれか）
- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験、優れた顧客管理能力、顧客と協力して実施計画を策定し管理する能力
- エンタープライズ規模のデプロイメントに携わった経験
- 速いペースで成長する環境にチャレンジしたい姿勢、能動的に行動できるチームプレーヤー。
- 流暢な日本語力、読み書き以上の英語力
- SaaSの導入に精通していること。エンタープライズソフトウェア経験者歓迎
