What you'll do
- Review Facebook and Instagram content with the agency, using engagement analysis to guide improvements
- Run Bosch Autoparts Thailand’s social accounts, answering product and purchase questions and helping with other customer issues
- Track Lazada and Shopee store results, and coordinate eXtra member sign-ups, point redemptions, rewards and program content
- Order marketing materials from suppliers and help deliver customer events, product launches, roadshows and visits
What you bring
- You are in your third or fourth year at university and can commit to an internship lasting at least four months
- You communicate well in both Thai and English
- You can use Microsoft Office and Canva at a basic level

- Work closely with agency to review contents, analyze in order to create highest engagement on Facebook and Instagram Official Account
- Work as admin for Bosch Autoparts Thailand Facebook and Instagram Official Account, reply and assist customer e.g. product details, channel to purchase the product, support customer on ad-hoc issues
- Manage and analyze performance of e-commerce store via Lazada and Shopee platform (B2C)
- Coordinate Bosch Loyalty Program (eXtra) e.g. member registration, point redemption process, rewards delivery, eXtra program contents, etc. with the support from agency
- Work closely with suppliers for marketing materials ordering
- Support to arrange and participate both internal and external events (event agency/hotels) e.g. customer conference, new product launch, roadshows, customer visits
- 3rd - 4th year university student
- Minimum internship period: 4 - 6 months
- Good command in both Thai and English
- Eager to learn new things
- Excellent communication skill with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to perform multi-tasks and time management
- Basic skill in Microsoft Office & Canva (Video editing is a plus)
