What you will do
- Manage and develop relationships with key retail customers in Croatia
- Deliver sales, volume and profitability targets
- Build and execute joint business plans and promotional activities
- Negotiate annual agreements, listings and commercial conditions
- Analyze customer and market performance to identify growth opportunities
- Drive product visibility, distribution and in-store excellence
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams
- Monitor market trends, competitors and shopper behavior to stay ahead
What we are looking for
- 3-5+ years of experience in FMCG sales or Key Account Management
- Experience working with modern retail chains
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with excellent analytical capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering business results
- Fluent Croatian and business-level English
