This internship suits a current student who is organized, proactive and comfortable juggling projects across time zones. It is based at the Administrative Centre in a hybrid workplace and runs for twelve months. Occasional travel outside Canada may be required.

What are your contributions to the team?
During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Work closely with the International Regional Team to support their projects and tasks.
- Plan and coordinate communications between the regional leads and Montreal, ensuring timely responses and smooth information flow.
- Organize and assist with regional projects, meetings, and reporting to keep alignment across teams.\
During your internship, you will learn:
- Manage projects with regional considerations in a global business environment.
- Strengthen skills in communication, coordination, and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Understand how marketing strategies are tailored and adapted to different regions.
- Gain exposure to brand activation within the luxury and aviation sectors.
- Contribute to regional initiatives that reinforce Bombardier’s global presence.
How to thrive in this role?
What we are looking for:
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in business, communications, marketing, international business, or a related field.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple projects simultaneously
- You have knowledge of project coordination and a strong interest in international business environments.
- You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across different time zones.
- You speak and write fluently in English, French (Spanish is an asset ).
