In this role, the intern provides essential support for the successful delivery of experiential marketing activities, dealer network coordination, events, partnerships, and VIP services within the PL marketing team.

What awaits you?

  • Support in event marketing and loyalty platform activities.
  • Steering of external partners (agencies) and interfaces to internal partners (local offices and other departments).
  • Responsibility for managing the marketing fleet
  • Responsibility for various reporting and analysis of event activities.
  • Planned daily tasks: communication with the agency, dealers and internal departments, support on running projects, reportings and operational tasks in event marketing, managing marketing fleet.
  • Support in invoicing process (SAP system).

What should you bring along?

  • Student status with at least one year remaining in studies.
  • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility around academic commitments.
  • Studies in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Fluent Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative and flexible team player.
  • Attention to detail; previous internship experience and knowledge of marketing channels, event execution, or invoicing systems are an advantage.
