What you will do:
· Lead analytics and visualization projects end to end, from defining business questions and data requirements to delivering validated insights and actionable recommendations.
· Build and automate workflows that integrate customer, prospect, product usage, and business data to streamline sample development, Voice of Customer (VoC) analysis, and recurring reporting.
· Lead text mining and AI-assisted analysis of Gong conversations and other customer feedback to identify emerging needs, competitive insights, and purchase barriers.
· Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations that help stakeholders monitor customer experience and business performance and understand business implications and data limitations.
· Partner with strategy leads, product analytics teams, product managers, and user researchers to identify and prioritize customer discovery needs and share insights across the organization.
You need to have:
· 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, market research, customer insights, business intelligence, or a related role.
· Demonstrated experience leading analytical projects and familiarity with market research and VoC programs, including sample development, analysis, and insight generation.
· Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar technologies for preparing and analyzing data, and Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for dashboards and recurring reporting.
· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns, understand customer differences, and draw sound conclusions while recognizing data limitations.
· Experience using text mining or AI-assisted tools to analyze customer feedback and validate themes and supporting evidence.
· Strong visualization, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
· Strong project management, attention to detail, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, proactively resolve data issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Compensation Range:
$85,000.00-$105,000.00Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
