What you'll do

What you bring
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in multimedia, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
- Two to four years of multimedia or digital design experience
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- A portfolio showing creative, detailed, and adaptable work across media
- Knowledge of visual hierarchy, color, typography, and layout, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects

About the Job
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through creative visuals, motion, and digital storytelling. You’ll design and produce engaging graphics and multimedia assets across multiple platforms — from social media and digital ads to internal and brand campaigns.
This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, versatile, and passionate about visual communication — combining design, animation, and creativity to enhance brand impact and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Production
Design high-quality static and animated assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, websites, and email communications.
Create visually compelling layouts, infographics, and visuals that align with BJAK’s brand identity.
Support video and motion projects with visual elements such as titles, transitions, and lower thirds.
Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and meet performance objectives.
Collaboration & Ideation
Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Social Media teams to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
Contribute creative ideas and design solutions to enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
Collaborate with videographers, motion graphic artists, and copywriters to produce cohesive multimedia content.
Technical & Workflow Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high creative quality.
Optimize designs for different digital formats and platforms (web, mobile, social).
Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and brand materials.
Trend & Innovation
Stay current with design trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging creative tools.
Experiment with new visual styles and digital formats to keep BJAK’s content fresh and relevant.
Continuously seek ways to improve design efficiency and creative impact.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in multimedia or digital design.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across media formats.
Understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Motion design or animation experience is an advantage.
