En tant que professionnel(le) à la Vice-présidence exécutive Stratégie, expérience client et marketing, vous jouerez un rôle transversal de premier plan en contribuant notamment à la planification stratégique globale de l’entreprise et par ligne d’affaires;

l’élaboration de la stratégie marketing globale des lignes d’affaires;
le déploiement de l'approche centrée client et du système d'expérience client;
l’exploitation et la promotion de la donnée en tant qu’actif stratégique;
la gestion et le développement des canaux virtuels.
