- At least five years in B2B marketing, ideally with partner or channel work
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business or a related discipline
- Fluent spoken and written French and English
- Strong working knowledge of marketing and design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce and Microsoft Office

SENIOR SPECIALIST PARTNER MARKETING EMEA

About the role: Belden's Senior Specialist Partner Marketing EMEA supports the implementation of the EMEA partner marketing strategy. You will develop and execute joint partner marketing initiatives that result in measurable funnel contribution. This role reports to the Senior Manager Partner Marketing EMEA.
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Drive execution of the EMEA partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with both corporate objectives and EMEA Partner Sales goals.
- Develop and execute strategic joint marketing plans and initiatives with partners to drive awareness, engagement and demand for Belden solutions and products, resulting in measurable funnel contribution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content and campaigns tailored to partner needs.
- Own and manage your partner Co-Op/MDF budget, ensuring effective allocation, tracking, and reporting on marketing investment ROI.
- Manage the partner portal, including user access, content updates and communications, to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to organize partner events, sponsorships and training to strengthen partner engagement and capability.
- Assist with the continuous implementation of the Partner Programs, including marketing communications, collateral, content development and sales enablement.
- Contribute to marketing and digital transformation initiatives as needed.
What you will bring:
- Experience – 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the partner/channel landscape.
- Education – Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Technical skills – Deep understanding of marketing and design tools and programs, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Languages – Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Abilities – Excellent communication, analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Mindset – Creative and data-driven, with a results-oriented approach and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
