Are you an art or design student eager to develop as a Multimedia Designer? Join us to create motion graphics, animation, video, audio, and generative AI content for digital communications, events, and social media while building a distinctive multimedia portfolio.
Internship Purpose
To develop professional expertise in multimedia design while supporting the delivery of engaging, brand-compliant content across digital communication channels. The role provides hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, video, audio, generative AI, and cross-functional collaboration within the Multimedia Design team.

Key Tasks & Success Measures:
- Create multimedia assets—including motion graphics, animation, video, audio, and generative AI content—across multiple projects, with success measured by their quality and consistency.
- Support motion graphics, 2D animation, audio editing, sound design, voice-over processing, and synchronization while demonstrating progress in multimedia production skills.
- Explore and use generative AI tools in multimedia production, showing continued development in generative AI skills.
- Apply branding, technical, and quality standards consistently to all deliverables.
- Participate effectively in creative reviews, ideation sessions, and project work, collaborating with designers and project teams and incorporating feedback through creative iterations.

Requirements:
- Mandatory active student status in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity and skills in design, motion design, animation, video, and audio editing.
- Interest in generative AI and its application in the creative process.
- Understanding of visual design, animation, and visual storytelling principles.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Good communication skills and English proficiency on B2 level.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.
- Experience creating content for digital communications or social media channels is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional motion design, 2D and 3D animation, and other creative software is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
What we offer:
- A contract of mandate with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross
- Internship for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility to extend it to 6 or 9 months.
