Als Sales Associate vertrittst du Toys am Flughafen Zürich. Du bist serviceorientiert und freundlich und unterstützt unsere internationalen Kunden bei ihrem Einkaufserlebnis. Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten ermöglichen dir ein selbstbewusstes, professionelles und kompetentes Auftreten. YOUR ROLE

In the role of Sales Associate, you are representing Toys at Zurich Airport. You are service-oriented and friendly with a fresh and welcoming approach to support our international customers throughout their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills allow you to engage in a confident, professional and competent manner.

Please note that we can only consider applicants who are either eligible to work in Switzerland or hold the relevant work permit.

ERFOLGREICHE BEWERBER:

• Sprechen fliessend Englisch und Deutsch, Französisch ist vorteilhaft, aber nicht zwingend

• Haben mindestens zwei Jahre im Kundenservice, im Gastgewerbe oder/und auch im Einzelhandel gearbeitet und idealerweise sogar eine Lehre im Detailhandel abgeschlossen

• Haben zusätzliche Erfahrungen an der Kasse gesammelt

• Sind zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten einsetzbar (unregelmässig zwischen 6:00-23:00) auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen

• Sind zuverlässige und positive Teamkollegen in einem schnelllebigen und multikulturellen Umfeld

• Achten stets auf ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild als Gastgeber

• Werden in unseren Core Duty Free Stores oder Specialty Brand Stores eingesetzt

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:

• Speak fluent English and German, French is advantageous but not mandatory

• Have at least 2 year work experience in Customer Services, Hospitality and/ or Retail (preferred) and ideally even completed an apprenticeship in retail

• Have previous experience with cash registers

• Are open to flexible working hours (irregular between 6:00 – 23:00) including weekend and public holidays

• Are reliable, positive teamplayers in a fast-paced and multi-national environment

• Always ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance

• Will be placed in either of our Core Duty Free Stores or Specialty Brand Stores
