About the Role
We are seeking a Manager, Account-Based Experience - ANZ to serve as the primary marketing partner to the ANZ Sales organization. This role will work closely with Sales leadership and account teams to understand regional priorities, identify where marketing can have the greatest impact, and develop programs that strengthen account engagement, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth.
This person will lead the regional Account-Based Experience strategy and serve as the bridge between Sales and the broader Marketing organization. They will communicate marketing plans to Sales, bring regional and account-level priorities back to Marketing, and coordinate support across demand generation, events, digital, partner marketing, customer marketing, content, and other teams.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded, data-driven marketer who builds credibility with Sales, translates business needs into meaningful marketing programs, and is comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Partnership: Serve as the primary marketing partner to ANZ Sales leadership and account teams, building a strong understanding of regional goals, territory priorities, account plans, and pipeline needs.
- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Act as the bridge between ANZ Sales and the broader Marketing organization by communicating plans, gathering regional feedback, and coordinating support across teams.
- Regional ABX Strategy: Develop and execute the ANZ ABX strategy across priority accounts, active opportunities, and strategic customer relationships.
- Account Planning: Participate in account planning, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and regional sales meetings to identify where marketing can best support engagement and growth.
- Regional Programs and Account Experiences: Lead regional programs, including trade shows, conferences, executive experiences, and tailored account activations, while maintaining a clear focus on engaging priority accounts and supporting pipeline goals.
- Demand Generation Partnership: Partner with the global Demand Generation team to connect campaigns with ANZ sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline needs, while ensuring Sales understands available programs and how to engage.
- Account Insights and Personalization: Use intent data, account engagement, market intelligence, and seller feedback to identify opportunities and inform program strategy, messaging, and personalization.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across Demand Generation, Digital, Events, Content, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, and RevOps to deliver coordinated support for direct and partner-led growth, including identifying opportunities for customer stories, video content, webinars, and other regional programs.
- Performance Measurement: Measure account engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline, opportunity progression, and program ROI using platforms such as Power BI, 6sense, Marketo, and Dynamics. Translate results into clear recommendations and next steps.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor at least one direct report, providing clear direction, supporting professional development, and ensuring high-quality execution.
What You Will Bring to the Team

- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise technology or SaaS.
- Proven experience partnering with Sales leadership and account teams to support regional and account-level revenue priorities.
- Experience developing and executing ABM or ABX programs, including account selection, personalization, multi-channel activation, and engagement measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to create integrated marketing programs that contribute to account engagement, pipeline creation, and opportunity acceleration.
- Strong understanding of the ANZ enterprise technology market, regional buyer behavior, and partner ecosystem.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to translate sales priorities into clear marketing strategies and programs.
- Experience using ABM, marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms such as 6sense, Marketo, Power BI, and Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and clearly present recommendations and results.
- Experience working cross-functionally within a global, matrixed marketing organization.
- Previous experience managing and developing at least one direct report.
