The Manager, Marketing Programs & Insights operates at the intersection of Marketing Operations, consumer insights, and program management. This role leads strategic, cross-functional Marketing programs, strengthens planning and operating practices, and translates consumer, customer, competitive, and market intelligence into actionable business recommendations. The Manager partners across Marketing, Analytics, Customer Experience, Sales, Service, Finance, Technology, field teams, agencies, and vendors to turn priorities and business questions into structured programs, decision-ready insights, and measurable action plans.

• Lead complex, cross-functional Marketing initiatives from scoping through implementation, measurement, and closeout.

• Translate priorities into program charters, workplans, milestones, decision points, success measures, and integrated schedules.

• Manage dependencies, risks, resources, approvals, stakeholder communications, and leadership escalations.

• Support annual, quarterly, and monthly Marketing planning, intake, prioritization, governance, and portfolio visibility.

• Establish consistent standards, templates, dashboards, playbooks, and operating procedures that improve accountability and execution.

• Clarify ownership and decision rights; identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.

• Support agency and vendor governance through clear scopes, deliverables, timelines, and performance expectations.
• Identify and prioritize consumer, customer, competitive, and market questions with Marketing and business leaders.

• Translate business needs into research briefs with clear objectives, hypotheses, audiences, decisions, and expected outputs.

• Coordinate qualitative and quantitative research, vendor engagement, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder readouts.

• Synthesize research, customer feedback, digital behavior, performance data, sentiment, and external market intelligence.

• Translate insights into implications for strategy, audiences, messaging, offers, channels, experiences, and program design.

• Develop executive-ready business cases, recommendations, presentations, program updates, and action trackers.

• Establish KPIs and provide concise reporting on outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and leadership actions.

REQUIRED


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Strategy, Consumer Insights, Market Research, Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in Marketing, program management, Marketing Operations, strategy, consumer insights, market research, or related discipline.

• Demonstrated success leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and dependencies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.

• Ability to structure ambiguity, synthesize multiple information sources, influence without authority, and drive accountability.

PREFERRED

• Automotive, multi-location retail, digital platforms, media, technology, or consumer-services experience.

• Consumer research, competitive intelligence, customer journey, brand health, or CX experience.

• Agency, research provider, technology vendor, or strategic partner management.

• Master’s degree, project-management certification, and/or bilingual English/Spanish.
