We’re seeking a relationship and purpose-driven professional who enjoys acquiring new business acquisitions by starting conversations and inspiring organisations to make a meaningful difference.

You’ll connect with mid-large workplaces and community groups, introducing opportunities to support blood and plasma donation as part of their wellbeing, culture and community impact. Once partnerships are established, you’ll work closely with lifecycle account leaders to ensure a smooth handover, allowing you to stay focused on building new relationships. You’ll be part of the Partnership Team within Customer Experience & Growth, collaborating with marketing, insights and partnership colleagues across the country to amplify impact together.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and secure new workplace, corporate and community partners
  • Build and manage a robust acquisition pipeline aligned to CSR, ESG, wellbeing and culture priorities
  • Pitch, present and influence senior stakeholders including HR, wellbeing, CSR and executive leaders
  • Meet or exceed acquisition and onboarding targets, including new donor registrations
  • Partner with marketing and internal teams to support workplace launches, donor drives and campaigns
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and handover of accounts post‑acquisition
  • Use CRM data and insights to forecast, report and inform future partnership strategy
  • Share market and customer insights to continuously improve partnership models

  • Proven experience in business development, account acquisition or partnerships
  • Demonstrated success engaging with and converting mid–large organisational accounts
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with confidence presenting to all levels of leadership (internally and externally)
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and deliver against KPIs
  • Strong planning, analytical and decision‑making capability
  • High attention to data, reporting accuracy and CRM integrity
