Sales Manager in Autonomous and Commercial Mobility | AUMOVIO Korea
- Drive ADAS business growth and achieve sales KPIs, including revenue, order intake, profitability, and new business acquisition
- Act as the primary commercial interface to customer
- Manage RFQ/RFI processes, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions
- Develop and execute business acquisition strategies
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, PM, Purchasing, and Global sales team to ensure competitive technical and commercial proposals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify future business opportunities
- Support strategic planning, market analysis, and business development activities for the Korean automotive market
- Bachelor degree
- 7+ years of experience in automotive
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management
- HMG related experience required as mandatory
- Strong understanding of automotive sourcing and RFQ process
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in Korean and English (spoken and written)
