About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Presales Digital Workplace Architect who will be working closely with Sales, Portfolio, Service Delivery, and Commercial teams, you will shape and design modern workplace solutions that enable productivity, collaboration, employee experience, and secure hybrid working.

You will lead the design of end-to-end Digital Workplace transformations spanning modern endpoint management, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, workplace automation, employee experience, virtual desktop services, and managed workplace operations.

This role combines deep technical expertise with strong business understanding, enabling customers to modernise workplace services, improve user satisfaction, reduce operational costs, and accelerate adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and shape modern Digital Workplace and EUC solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and define workplace transformation strategies.
• Architect solutions across Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, Intune, Windows 11, and VDI platforms.
• Support bids, proposals, commercial modelling, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with cloud, security, network, and service management teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Define managed workplace services incorporating automation, AI-powered support, and Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
• Present solution strategies and workplace transformation roadmaps to senior stakeholders.

Skills We Cannot Go Without

• Microsoft Modern Workplace Expertise – Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Windows 11, Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Digital Workplace & EUC Architecture – Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Digital Workplace, End User Computing (EUC), and workplace transformation solutions.
• Virtual Desktop Solutions – Strong experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, VMware Horizon, or similar VDI/DaaS platforms.
• Workplace Security & Compliance – Understanding of Zero Trust, endpoint security, identity management, compliance controls, and secure hybrid working environments.
• Presales & Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to shape solutions, lead customer workshops, support bids, and present to both technical and executive audiences

Desirable Experience

• Experience implementing Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms and workplace analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of service desks, field services, and device lifecycle management services.
• Experience delivering workplace transformation projects within highly regulated environments such as Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Defence.
• Familiarity with workplace automation, AI-powered support services, and employee productivity technologies.
• Microsoft certifications such as Enterprise Administrator Expert, Modern Desktop Administrator, Azure certifications, or equivalent.
• Experience working within consulting, enterprise architecture, or managed services environments.

Note: This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity, with occasional UK domestic travel as required. The successful candidate should hold or be capable of obtaining Security Clearance to work with UK public sector organisations.
