From the employer
About ARTECHOUSE
ARTECHOUSE is the nation's first innovative art space dedicated to experiential and technology-driven art. Working at the intersection of art, science, and technology, we create immersive exhibitions in New York, Washington DC, and Houston that redefine how audiences experience art.
About the role
You will own how ARTECHOUSE shows up online and turn that presence into audience and ticket sales growth. You'll set strategy and lead execution across our website, social channels, email, influencer and creator partnerships, and paid media.
Beyond traditional channel management, this role is explicitly focused on architecting, deploying, and managing customized AI agents and automated workflows. Much of your execution capacity will come from a team of AI agents that you design, deploy, and manage, covering content ideation, ad optimization, customer journey automation, and reporting. You'll decide what agents do, connect them to our tools, and review their work so quality stays high and our voice stays human.
What you'll do
Core digital marketing strategy and execution
- 360° digital campaigns: Lead and execute high-performing digital marketing across email, social media, content production, website, paid digital media, and search to grow audiences, ticket sales, and brand awareness.
- Set the strategy for each social platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and new channels as they emerge).
- Plan content around exhibitions, events, and seasonal moments in each city, and grow engaged local audiences through community management.
- Build and run the influencer and creator program: sourcing, outreach, hosted visits, contracts, FTC disclosure, and performance tracking.
Paid media:
- Plan, build, and run all paid campaigns in house on Meta, Google and AI searches, including budget by location, audiences, creative testing, retargeting, and attribution to ticket sales.
- Set benchmarks, structure campaigns, manage bids and budget pacing, and audit spend efficiency.
- Report on spend, return on ad spend, and cost per ticket.
Website, ticketing, and email
- Own the website and location pages: content, exhibition launches, SEO, UX, and conversion rate optimization with internal and external technical partners.
- Monitor ticketing platform performance, conversion, and promotions so the purchase path stays smooth.
- Direct email and newsletter strategy, keeping brand, visuals, and storytelling consistent across all channels.
Planning, collaboration, and leadership
- Own the master digital marketing calendar for exhibitions, private events, press, and company priorities.
- Partner with marketing and location teams on launches, collateral, and revenue initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor AI agents, junior marketing staff/interns, and freelancers.
AI agents and automation
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows for content drafting, scheduling, audience segmentation, asset tagging, lead nurturing, and admin tasks.
- Run agents that pull cross-channel data into regular performance and ROI reports, with forecasts where the data supports them.
- Keep a human in the loop: review agent output before it goes public, and own accuracy, brand voice, and data privacy.
- Document each agent's purpose, inputs, tools, and owner so the system can scale and be handed off.
- Research and pilot new AI tools, and recommend which ones to adopt, scale, or retire.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years in digital marketing, running multi-channel campaigns across paid, social, email, and SEO/SEM.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, with results tied to sales or bookings, building and optimizing campaigns yourself rather than through an agency.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered advertising, such as Meta Advantage+ and Google Performance Max campaigns, AI-generated and AI-tested ad creative, and emerging ad placements in AI search and assistants.
- Proven experience creating AI agents yourself, not just using AI tools: designing their instructions, connecting them to data and tools, and putting them into real workflows. Examples include custom GPTs or Claude projects, agent builders, automation tools. Be ready to show work you've built.
- Comfort with GA4, ticketing or e-commerce conversion data, and reporting dashboards.
- Willingness to experiment with new tools, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong organization across complex schedules, exhibition rollouts, and many stakeholders.
- A strong visual and editorial eye, with clear writing.
- A genuine interest in digital art, immersive experiences, and emerging media.
Nice to have
- Experience in arts, culture, attractions, live events, or ticketed experiences.
- Multi-location or multi-market marketing experience.
- Experience supervising staff, interns, or freelancers.
- Short-form video production or editing skills.
Salary: 75,000–115,000 per year, commensurate with experience and location.
