What We’re Looking For
- Education – A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields); candidates with a dual background in Business/Management and technical disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
- Early Exposure to Sales or Projects – Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to sales, technical solutions, customer engagement, or business development is highly valued.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex technical concepts and confidently present to different audiences.
- Analytical Skills – Demonstrated ability to break down problems, analyze data, and recommend solutions (through coursework, projects, or competitions).
- Digital Skills – Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, or collaboration platforms is an advantage.
- Team Orientation – Track record of working effectively in group projects, student organizations, or part-time jobs that required teamwork and collaboration.
