Who this fits

This director-level role suits someone who can lead executive customer partnerships and drive account growth across regulated markets. You may manage a small team of commercial managers; otherwise, the role includes mentoring colleagues. The position is listed as remote and located in Las Vegas.

From the employer

The Commercial Director is responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of Tier-1 strategic operator partnerships across regulated global markets while contributing to regional market expansion and commercial strategy. The role owns senior commercial relationships with key operator partners and acts as the primary critical issue point for strategic accounts, ensuring strong alignment between customer objectives and Aristocrat Interactive’s commercial and product capabilities.

Operating at executive collaborator level, the Commercial Director leads the full commercial lifecycle across key partnerships — from opportunity identification and solution positioning through to negotiation, contracting, and long-term account growth. The role is accountable for delivering sustainable revenue expansion through structured Strategic Account Plans, strong commercial governance, and insight-led engagement with customers.

In addition to strategic account leadership, this role supports regional market growth and helps evolve Aristocrat Interactive’s Content & Aggregation offering. It does this by providing market intelligence, influencing product priorities, and representing the business at major industry events. The role may include leading and developing a small team of Commercial Managers or Senior Commercial Managers. It involves ensuring high standards of account management, forecasting rigor, and commercial performance across the team.

What You'll Do

  • Sustained revenue growth and long-term partnership expansion across Tier-1 strategic operator accounts.
  • Clearly defined and successfully implemented multi-year Strategic Account Plans that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Successful leadership of complex commercial engagements, including pricing negotiations, contractual agreements, and multi-market partnership initiatives.
  • Executive-level customer relationships where Aristocrat Interactive is positioned as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Consistently accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue planning across key accounts.
  • High-quality Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic engagement with customers that shape joint growth initiatives.
  • Effective collaboration across Product, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance to ensure delivery against agreed commercial objectives.
  • Strong leadership and development of direct reports where applicable, and mentorship of the team where not, with clear improvements in capability, performance, and commercial rigor.
  • Visible representation of Aristocrat Interactive within the industry through participation in major conferences and market events.

What We're Looking For

  • You will build, own, and manage relationships with key strategic operator accounts. Act as a trusted advisor and primary commercial contact for blocking issues. This includes existing accounts and new Tier One customers.
  • Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, content optimisation, and new market opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored strategic proposals aligned to client objectives and regulatory environments, leading the full commercial lifecycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, contracting, and close.
  • Achieve revenue targets and deliver accurate forecasting, revenue planning, and pipeline management.
  • Be both literate and curious regarding data, and run tracking, reporting, and analysis of important metrics on a regular basis.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and goal-setting sessions with customers, providing insight-led recommendations aligned to customer and Aristocrat objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to secure delivery in accordance with agreed critical metrics and commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver industry-leading content launch programmes using marketing and promotional levers to accelerate profitable market share growth.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, Finance, and Legal to align customer needs with Aristocrat Interactive’s roadmap and capabilities.
  • Support product pipeline prioritisation from a commercial value perspective, providing structured market and customer feedback.
  • Lead all aspects of issue resolution and operational performance for key accounts, ensuring a seamless partner experience.
