JOB TITLE: BRAND MANAGER- MARKETING OBJECTIVES AND GENERAL OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

The Brand Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of sales-driven brand and marketing initiatives that support vehicle sales demand, brand equity, and commercial objectives across ANSA Motors’ automotive portfolio.

The role translates business and sales priorities into structured brand plans, campaigns, and activations that drive showroom traffic, lead generation, and effective market execution. The Brand Manager ensures consistent delivery across all customer touchpoints including showrooms, events, media, and digital platforms, with a strong focus on execution quality, timing, and alignment to sales phasing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and manage annual and quarterly brand plans aligned to sales targets, vehicle model cycles, launches, inventory priorities, and promotional schedules.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into clear execution plans that support showroom activity and lead generation.
  • Identify market opportunities, performance gaps, and risks, and recommend actions to improve campaign effectiveness and market response.
  • Ensure all brand activity is aligned to approved brand standards and commercial priorities.

Campaign, Activation & Event Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns including vehicle launches, showroom activations, test-drive events, promotions, mall displays, open houses, and brand showcases.
  • Maintain on-site presence at events and activations, including weekends and outside standard working hours, to ensure execution quality, brand compliance, and coordination with sales teams.
  • Coordinate agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of activities.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to sales objectives.

Sales & Business Alignment

  • Work closely with Sales and Aftersales teams to align marketing activity with lead generation, showroom traffic, and conversion objectives.
  • Support launch readiness through the preparation of sales support materials, showroom branding, and internal communications.
  • Ensure marketing activity supports inventory focus, model push strategies, and sales phasing.

Systems, Data & Reporting

  • Utilise CDK and other internal systems to track campaign activity, lead flow, enquiry sources, and performance trends.
  • Review marketing-related data to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future planning.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting shared with management.

Agency & Supplier Management

  • Brief and manage creative, media, digital, PR, production, and event suppliers.
  • Ensure supplier outputs meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate approvals and manage deliverables in line with internal processes.

Budget Management & Performance Reporting

  • Manage assigned brand A&P budgets in accordance with approved allocations.
  • Track expenditure and report on budget utilisation.
  • Prepare monthly brand performance reports including campaign outcomes, competitive activity, and key insights relevant to sales performance.

Working Arrangements

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday.
  • Availability to work on weekends and outside standard hours, aligned to events, activations, launches, and business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Management or Marketing

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Brand Management or Marketing within automotive,

retail, FMCG, or similarly fast-paced consumer environments.

  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or brand initiatives concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting vehicle launches, showroom activity, and live marketing activations (asset)
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing or enterprise systems (CDK experience is an asset).
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with external suppliers.
