About the Role
這個職位隸屬於 Media Team，你的核心任務是影片剪輯。
我們需要的不只是會操作軟體的人，而是能在剪輯過程中思考「這段該留還是該刪」「這個節奏對不對」「觀眾會在哪裡跳出」的人。你會與團隊的資深剪輯師協作，從實際專案中學習如何用剪輯說故事、抓住觀眾注意力。
我們期待你在每一次剪輯中觀察數據回饋，理解哪些設計有效、哪些需要調整，並主動提出你的觀察與想法。
The Journey（你將如何成長）
1 個月內：
- 了解 AmazingTalker 的協作方式與公司文化
- 理解團隊現有節目的架構、風格與迭代邏輯
- 完成基本剪輯任務，掌握現有內容的設計脈絡
2 個月內：
- 提升剪輯技巧，開始執行更進階的影像製作任務
- 根據影片數據回饋，思考如何產出相同或更高成效的作品
- 與團隊協作時，能提出具體調整建議，而非單純執行指令
3 個月內：
- 主動拆解過去的成功與失敗案例，歸納出可複製的內容模式
- 分析不同市場的影像風格，協助規劃適用於全球市場的作品
- 提出內容優化假設，參與實驗與驗證流程

- 能清楚說明一支影片「為什麼有效／無效」，而非只有「感覺不錯」
- 面對問題時習慣先拆解原因，再給結論

- 曾主動分析過 YouTube / 短影音平台的內容趨勢，並整理出自己的判斷依據
