Collaborating closely with all business functions, the Marketing department ensures our company’s unique value proposition is effectively communicated to help drive engagement, recruitment through employer branding and market expansion.
Role Overview: The Marketing Team Lead will play a key role in the day-to-day running and delivery of the Marketing function, working closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver the company’s marketing and communications priorities. This is a hands-on senior marketing role for an experienced marketer who can take ownership, manage competing priorities and drive activity forward with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will coordinate the day-to-day workload of the Marketing team, ensuring projects, campaigns and communications are planned, managed and delivered on time and to a high standard. The role covers a broad range of marketing activity including digital marketing, social media, content creation, campaigns, internal communications, employer branding, events, market intelligence and brand management. The successful candidate will be expected to bring ideas and recommendations to the table, identify opportunities, solve problems and confidently work with stakeholders across the business. They will provide direction and practical support to the Marketing team while contributing to the wider development of the marketing function and its strategic direction.
