From the employer

About AlphaHire Intelligence

AlphaHire is a Workforce Intelligence Platform serving the construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and mission-critical markets.

We help senior executives, private equity partners, operating partners, investors, developers, contractors, and project leaders answer a critical question before committing capital:

Can this project, investment, expansion, acquisition, or growth strategy actually be executed?

Our intelligence supports decisions connected to projects and investments frequently valued at more than $100 million.

AlphaHire evaluates the workforce and market conditions that can determine whether those decisions succeed, including:

  • Workforce availability and capacity
  • Compensation pressure
  • Hiring competition
  • Skilled-labor constraints
  • Project pipeline activity
  • Infrastructure and power constraints
  • Market saturation
  • Contractor capacity
  • Geographic expansion readiness
  • Leadership and workforce concentration risk

We provide workforce and market intelligence that helps executives reduce execution risk before making major capital, expansion, investment, and operating decisions.

This position is exclusively focused on selling AlphaHire Intelligence products and executive decision-support solutions. It does not involve selling recruiting or staffing services.

Our Research Ecosystem

AlphaHire’s intelligence capabilities are supported by a growing research ecosystem that includes the Workforce Intelligence Lab and the AlphaHire Research Library.

The Workforce Intelligence Lab is our nonprofit research organization focused on advancing workforce intelligence through original research, publications, fellowships, academic collaboration, grants, and institutional partnerships.

Our research ecosystem collaborates with multiple universities, academic faculty, research scientists, industry experts, and analytical partners. Its research areas include:

  • Workforce economics
  • Labor-market forecasting
  • Infrastructure workforce capacity
  • Compensation intelligence
  • Labor shortages and hiring competition
  • Construction workforce trends
  • Workforce planning and execution risk

The AlphaHire Research Library brings together workforce studies, market intelligence, executive briefings, data, white papers, and industry research designed to support better executive decisions.

The Opportunity

AlphaHire is seeking experienced Enterprise Account Executives who can originate, develop, and close new enterprise relationships across the United States.

You will sell intelligence solutions to senior executives and investment professionals evaluating major projects, acquisitions, expansions, bids, and growth strategies. Typical first-year contract values range from approximately $50,000 to $250,000.

This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role. You will be responsible for creating qualified pipeline, opening executive relationships, leading discovery, coordinating solution development, building the commercial case, and advancing opportunities through signature.

AlphaHire leadership and research specialists will support qualified opportunities with approved positioning, intelligence capabilities, executive briefings, demonstrations, research expertise, proposal development, and subject-matter support.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage a targeted portfolio of enterprise prospects.
  • Generate new opportunities through your professional network, direct outreach, referrals, industry relationships, and strategic account development.
  • Engage CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CHROs, business-unit presidents, operating partners, investment teams, developers, and project executives.
  • Identify projects, investments, acquisitions, expansions, and market-entry decisions where workforce conditions could create execution risk.
  • Lead executive discovery conversations focused on business decisions, financial exposure, workforce capacity, and operating outcomes.
  • Translate client challenges into clearly defined AlphaHire Intelligence opportunities.
  • Develop account strategies and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Coordinate executive briefings, demonstrations, research discussions, and solution-development sessions.
  • Develop business cases, proposals, and commercial recommendations with AlphaHire leadership.
  • Manage objections, procurement requirements, negotiations, and closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and activity records.
  • Build relationships that can expand from an initial intelligence engagement into recurring monitoring and enterprise access.
  • Represent AlphaHire accurately using approved messaging, research, and commercial materials.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated record of personally sourcing and closing enterprise B2B business.
  • Experience selling contracts generally valued between $50,000 and $250,000 or more.
  • Experience selling to senior executives, private equity professionals, investors, or major project stakeholders.
  • The ability to generate pipeline independently rather than relying entirely on inbound leads or an SDR team.
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees and longer enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and consultative discovery skills.
  • The ability to connect intelligence and analysis to financial, operational, investment, and project outcomes.
  • Strong written, presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills.
  • Consistent CRM and pipeline-management discipline.
  • An established network within at least one relevant AlphaHire market.

Relevant backgrounds may include enterprise SaaS, data and analytics, market intelligence, management consulting, professional services, private equity, construction, infrastructure, energy, engineering, or strategic advisory.
