Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing operations. This role will assist in coordinating campaigns, tracking project performance, preparing presentations and reports, and working directly with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of various marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and internal documents
Track campaign performance and compile analytical reports
Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Maintain internal documentation and assist with vendor coordination
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus
