Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support the execution of daily marketing operations and contribute to our strategic growth initiatives. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, creative, and eager to grow within a dynamic team. You will assist in coordinating campaigns, preparing materials, tracking performance, and supporting project execution to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and promotional materials for internal and external use.

  • Support coordination of events, promotional activities, and client outreach efforts.

  • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools.

  • Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Conduct market research and gather data for performance analysis.

  • Help ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
