We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support our internal and external communication initiatives. Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and proofreading internal and external communications
Draft memos, press releases, newsletters, talking points, and briefings
Coordinate messaging across teams to ensure brand consistency
Support the creation of presentations, reports, and written proposals
Manage schedules and communication timelines for assigned projects
Conduct research to support content development and strategy
Maintain accurate communication records and databases
Assist in organizing meetings, media interactions, and client briefings
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
1+ year of experience in a communications, PR, or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong proofreading and editing abilities
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
