Responsibilities
Coordinate internal and external communication across departments and stakeholders
Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence and reports
Manage scheduling of calls, meetings, and documentation processes
Track and follow up on pending requests, ensuring timely completion
Collaborate with management to implement communication policies and procedures
Support clients by responding to inquiries and resolving basic issues
Maintain records of all correspondence and communication activity
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an office or administrative communications role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
