Albireo Energy is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive strategic growth within the Data Center market across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. This role is ideal for a proven relationship-driven sales professional with deep connections across hyperscale, colocation, mission critical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, mechanical contracting, or general contracting environments.
The ideal candidate understands the complex ecosystem of mission critical infrastructure projects and can develop trusted relationships with owners, developers, consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, electrical contractors, and general contractors. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities early in the project lifecycle and positioning Albireo Energy’s BAS, EPMS, SCADA, and PLC-based solutions as a strategic advantage for clients operating mission critical facilities.
This is a hunter role focused on developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and driving long-term revenue growth in one of the fastest-growing data center markets in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategic Sales
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy focused on hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission critical facilities.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with data center developers, owner/operators, general contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, and end users.
- Leverage existing industry relationships to gain early project visibility and influence project specifications.
- Drive owner-direct sales efforts while supporting plan-and-spec opportunities.
Solution Selling
- Lead complex solution sales involving:
- Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
- EPMS platforms
- SCADA systems
- PLC-based controls
- Integrated mission critical infrastructure solutions
- Position Albireo Energy as a trusted advisor for operational resiliency, uptime, energy efficiency, and facility optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop technical scopes, estimates, and customer proposals.
Account Management
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across strategic accounts.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact throughout project development and execution.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to secure profitable business.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy within CRM.
Industry Leadership
- Represent Albireo Energy at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Conduct customer presentations, workshops, and technical discussions on emerging technologies and market trends.
- Provide market intelligence related to competitors, contractors, delivery methods, and customer needs.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data center, mission critical, BAS, EPMS, PLC, SCADA, mechanical systems, or infrastructure sales.
- Strong network within the Dallas-Fort Worth construction and mission critical market.
- Demonstrated success developing relationships with:
- General Contractors
- Mechanical Contractors
- Consulting Engineers
- Data Center Developers
- Owner/Operators
- Experience selling into data centers, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other critical environments.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery processes.
- Ability to develop and close complex technical sales opportunities.
- Approximately 25–50% travel throughout the region and key client locations.
Preferred
- Experience with hyperscale or colocation customers.
- Background in BAS/DDC systems, PLC platforms, or EPMS solutions.
- Experience supporting design-build and preconstruction efforts.
- Familiarity with commissioning, energy management, and critical facility operations.
Salary Range: $150k-$175k base + sales incentive plan.
