What you'll do
- Identify global ESG topics and turn the Group’s sustainability actions into internal and external communications
- Help prepare press interviews, animate employee communities, and organize internal events
- Contribute to the Group’s Integrated Annual Report and communicate concrete sustainability initiatives
- Promote Air Liquide Foundation projects through website updates, articles, social posts, videos, and presentations
- Create videos, slides, infographics, campaigns, and social posts while updating intranet and website content
What you bring
- You are pursuing or hold a Bac +4 or Bac +5 qualification in business, communications, university studies, or at an IEP
- You bring fluent English and an interest in sustainability topics
- You write clearly, summarize effectively, and combine organization with project-management discipline
- You work well with others while showing autonomy, energy, and strong interpersonal skills

This junior role suits a graduate or undergraduate with up to one year of experience who wants hands-on work across sustainability communications, employee engagement, digital content, and events. You should be comfortable working in English and contributing to communication activities for internal, external, and international audiences.

> Participation à la visibilité des engagements et résultats du Groupe en matière de Développement Durable, à la fois en interne et en externe et à l’international
- identification des sujets couvrant nos actions ESG dans le monde
- rédaction des contenus
- Presse : aide à la préparation d’interviews
- Engagement des collaborateurs et communication interne : animation de communautés internes, organisation d’événements
- valorisation des sujets et des actions concrètes développement durable dans les différents canaux de communication (médias sociaux, intranet, articles internes, publications, événements…)
> Participation à la réalisation du Rapport Annuel Intégré du Groupe
> Valorisation des initiatives sociétales du Groupe, en particulier
- La Fondation Air Liquide : repositionnement des axes d’action, refonte du site internet, rédaction d’articles, postes médias sociaux, création de contenus (vidéo, présentations…)
- Valorisation du programme “Citizen at work” en interne, permettant aux collaborateurs du Groupe de s’engager auprès d’associations (volonté d’accélération)
> Participation aux missions quotidiennes
- Réalisation de vidéos, slides, infographies, campagnes et post smédias sociaux…
- Aide à l’organisation de webinaires internes ou d’événements.
- Benchmark de bonnes pratiques
- Mise à jour de l’intranet et du site internet

Niveau d’études souhaité : Ecole de commerce, de communication ou du monde universitaire, IEP (Bac +4 ou 5).
