Adobe Brand Studio is establishing its first creative presence in LATAM, and this Creative Director will lead that effort. The remit covers creative direction for the region and brand voice in Portuguese and Spanish-speaking markets. The scope is broad by design. This is a senior leadership role with real autonomy—spanning long-term brand strategy and hands-on creative direction depending on what the work demands.

What you'll Do

Creative Strategy & Leadership

Own the regional creative strategy. Set quality standards, ensure global brand consistency, and push for work that feels distinctly, authentically Latin American. The dotted-line relationship with LATAM marketing management is active and central to the role.

Storytelling & Craft

Translate complex ideas into clear human narratives across digital, experiential, social, motion. Develop build systems and guidelines that hold across the diversity of LATAM markets. Hands-on contribution is part of the job.

Collaboration Across Internal and External Teams

Work alongside Brand Studio teams in the US and EMEA to ensure LATAM has a genuine voice globally. Navigate the cultural and linguistic range of the region—from Brazil to Spanish-speaking markets—with proficiency and confidence.

AI, Data & Technology

Apply AI-powered creative tools in day-to-day work and help position AI and automation as a cornerstone of the artistic workflow. Bring audience insights and performance data into the creative process early.
