Who this fits
This suits an analytical Amazon SEO specialist who prefers working in data and can translate findings for copy, PPC, design, and brand partners. You’ll work fully remotely from the Philippines, with reliable internet and a stable home setup expected. Once ramped up, you’ll be expected to work autonomously rather than under close oversight.
From the employer
We're looking for a technically sharp Amazon SEO specialist to own keyword research, indexing analysis, and listing performance strategy across our catalog. This role is analytics-first: you'll work deep inside Data Dive to uncover keyword opportunities, indexing gaps, and ranking signals, then translate those findings into keyword strategy that feeds our creative team and drives PPC performance. Copywriting is a valued bonus skill, not the core of the job — our in-house copywriter owns creative execution, and you'll be the analytical engine behind her content.
About the Company: A growing U.S.-based baby and nursery brand offering stylish, practical, and affordable products for modern families. With a strong presence in e-commerce and retail, the company is focused on creating thoughtfully designed essentials that make everyday life with little ones easier.
Location: Philippines - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Deep Keyword & SEO Analytics (Data Dive-driven)
Run in-depth Data Dive analysis to identify indexing gaps, underperforming keywords, and CRO opportunities
Build category-level keyword hierarchies ranked by relevance, volume, and conversion potential
Track organic ranking, indexing status, CTR, and CVR trends across priority ASINs
Continuously refine keyword strategy based on performance signals and search term reports
Keyword Strategy & Creative Handoff
Translate keyword and indexing data into clear, prioritized keyword sets and benefit-driven content structures for our copywriter to execute
Ensure keyword placement recommendations support both organic ranking and paid performance (CTR & CVR)
Sync with PPC every 2–3 weeks to review performance metrics and align on keyword updates
Collaborate closely with the copywriter, design, and brand teams to keep listing content and keyword strategy aligned
Listing Setup & Launch Support
Coordinate catalog structure (parent/child variations, compliance checks) before go-live
Support product launches with pre-aligned keyword strategy and backend keyword sets
Execute 30/60/90 optimization rollouts across priority ASINs
Legacy Product Relaunch Copy (Bonus Scope)
Write and update titles and item highlights for legacy product relaunches when capacity allows
Not required to own full listing copy, bullets, descriptions, or A+ content — this stays with our copywriter
Ongoing Optimization & Reporting
Maintain a Content Tracker (optimized ASINs, pending updates, performance triggers)
Run monthly optimization cycles tied to PPC signals and category importance
Ensure brand and Amazon category compliance (especially within baby products)
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Data Dive proficiency required — deep, hands-on experience is non-negotiable; certification is a strong plus. We provide training to get you up to speed on our systems, but not from zero on the tool itself
Strong, current knowledge of Amazon SEO mechanics: indexing logic, keyword prioritization, relevance, and character limits
Skill balance around 60–70% technical/analytical, 30–40% copywriting — you'll spend most of your time in the data, not drafting copy
Strong data analysis skills — able to interpret CTR, CVR, ranking, and indexing trends and turn them into action
Comfortable working independently once ramped up; we value initiative over micromanagement
Bonus: ability to write clear, benefits-first copy for legacy product relaunches (titles, item highlights)
Experience managing large catalogs with multiple SKUs and ongoing launches
Proven experience in baby products or regulated consumer categories strongly preferred
Highly organized, structured, and deadline-driven
Soft Skills We're Looking For
Curious and self-motivated — you dig into the data because you want to understand it, not just because it's the task
Autonomous — comfortable making progress without close oversight
Strong communicator, especially when translating technical findings into clear takeaways for non-technical teammates
Stable home setup and reliable internet connection
Your Perks: What's in it for you
Strategic ownership of keyword research and category-level SEO performance
Cross-functional collaboration with PPC, brand, and creative teams
Opportunity to shape scalable systems and templates
A fast-moving environment where performance and ideas matter
