Your primary responsibilities include the planning, execution and tracking of events and trade shows that put ACI in front of the decision makers. You will partner closely with digital marketing, product marketing, and our Business Development Representatives to turn marketing activity into qualified conversations and measurable pipeline.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to own programs end to end, manage account-based marketing plans for priority merchant accounts, and present results and recommendations to key stakeholders. This is a role built for someone with high energy and genuine curiosity - someone who either knows, or wants to learn the payments industry from the inside, experiment with AI-powered tools to work smarter, and see the direct line between the programs they run and the pipeline we generate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and track events and trade shows end-to-end, including logistics, booth coordination, vendor management, speaker and content support, budget tracking and on-site execution
- Drive pre-event audience acquisition and post-event lead follow-up to ensure every event delivers measurable pipeline impact
- Measure and report on event performance, including attendance, engagement, leads generated, cost per lead and pipeline contribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, product marketing, and others to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Team up and work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on local campaign execution and lead follow-up, ensuring tight alignment between marketing activity and outbound outreach
- Manage the account-based marketing (ABM) plan and supporting tactics for priority merchant accounts, including target account selection, campaign personalization, multi-channel engagement and performance tracking
- Adopt and apply AI-powered marketing and productivity tools to scale content development, personalization, research, reporting and program execution, while adhering to ACI security, privacy and governance standards
- Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 2-3 years related B2B marketing experience required; recent graduates with relevant internship or academic experience will also be considered
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail and demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- High energy, curiosity and a demonstrated willingness to learn and take ownership
- Willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and program effectiveness
- Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time (approximately four times per year)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supporting events, trade shows or field marketing programs
- Familiarity with account-based marketing principles, demand generation metrics and lead management
- Payments industry, fintech, retail technology or cloud technology knowledge
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot and Demandbase; Experience using generative AI tools for content, research or campaign support.
