- Assist on building content plans aligned with the annual marketing calendar.
- Translate campaign objectives into social, video, website, and EDM content angles.
- Assist on managing content planning, publishing, captions, community management and performance tracking.
- Assist on ensuring content reflects brand tone, visual identity and luxury hospitality standards.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, guest permissions, and platform guidelines.
- Assist on monitoring platform trends, benchmark competitors, and flag content formats.
- Assist on writing captions, campaign copy, website copy, EDM content, and short-form storytelling, ensuring all copy is accurate, polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative.
- Assist on managing creator collaborations from brand-fit screening, briefing and itinerary planning to deliverable tracking, usage rights, posting timelines, and performance analysis.
- Recommend improvements based on data, trends, and campaign learnings.
- Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Familiarity with photography/videography and editing software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
