We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. **Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership roles, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing large-scale sales operations
- Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results and exceed organizational targets
- Strong experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities with documented success in revenue generation
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop sales teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and performance metrics
- Strong proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales management tools
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, P&L responsibility, and performance metrics analysis
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership effectively
