Who this fits
This apprenticeship suits a structured, detail-focused student interested in premium service, well-being and guest experience. You will work in a global setting with regional teams, hotels, design and technical groups, and creative agencies. The role is based in Issy-les-Moulineaux with a hybrid alternating schedule, typically three office days and two school days or an equivalent arrangement. An apprenticeship or professional training agreement with your school is required, for a twelve- to twenty-four-month term.

The context
Within the Global Premium Brand Team, you will work at the heart of two iconic premium hospitality brands: Swissôtel, synonymous with vitality, Swiss hospitality heritage and mindful living, and Grand Mercure, celebrated for its deep connection to local culture, rituals and authentic premium hospitality.
The team brings both brand promises to life across a global network of hotels and regional hubs — from guest experience pilots to Service Culture programs and Meetings & Events formats.
Your mission
Working closely with the Global VPs and the Brand Manager, your greatest challenge will be to help turn two brand promises into memorable guest experiences in hotels all over the world. You will support the strategy, design and operational rollout of guest experience projects, with a truly international playground.
Guest Experience & Operational Excellence
- Support the development, review and updating of the Swissôtel and Grand Mercure Global Brand Standards and Hotel Yearly Guidelines (HYG)
- Act as a reliable operational contact point for regional teams and hotel partners, answering daily queries on brand standards, compliance and guest experience requirements (Brand Standards, HYG, design guidelines)
- Maintain and update brand directories, internal contact networks and digital library platforms (intranets, resource hubs)
Experience Definition & Piloting
- Contribute to designing, launching and measuring innovative guest experience concepts that elevate the stay and drive long-term brand loyalty, affinity and brand love
- Contribute to creating training materials, e-learning content and internal engagement and communication campaigns
Brand Assets & Performance Tracking
- Keep key brand presentation decks up to date with fresh imagery, updated KPIs, hotel pipelines and best-practice case studies
- Monitor brand reputation, guest satisfaction trends and feedback to identify areas for experience optimization
- Depending on needs, support the Swissôtel and Grand Mercure Brand Management & Guest Experience team on additional tasks
Your ecosystem
You will work closely with the Global Brand & Marketing Team, the Regional Hub Guest Experience & Marketing relays (Americas, Europe, Middle East, China, Asia-Pacific), the Design & Technical Services teams and external creative agencies.
Your profile:
- Degree program: currently pursuing a Master's degree or MBA (Bac+4/5) at a leading hospitality management school or business school, with a specialization in Hospitality Management, Brand Strategy or Customer Experience
- Contract type: Apprenticeship (contrat d'apprentissage) or Professional training contract (contrat de professionnalisation)
- Duration: 12 to 24 months — Schedule: alternating rhythm, e.g. 3 days in the office / 2 days at school, or equivalent
- Preferred start date: January 2027
Appreciated skills:
- High proficiency in MS Office: advanced PowerPoint skills are crucial for updating brand decks; comfortable with Excel and Word
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Highly structured and organized, able to manage multiple operational projects simultaneously
Soft skills:
- Detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for premium service, well-being and guest experience
- Culturally curious, proactive and creative
- Comfortable working with diverse teams in a fast-paced global environment
Language(s):
- English — fluent, mandatory (daily work, meetings and documents are entirely in English)
- French — a strong asset for internal coordination
