About the Role
Abramson Labor Group is seeking a creative and experienced Producer to lead the development of engaging video and social media content that supports our firm's brand, marketing, and client outreach. This role is ideal for someone with a background in film, television, or entertainment production who wants to bring high-quality storytelling and production value to legal marketing content.
The Producer will work closely with firm leadership to conceptualize, shoot, and produce content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and firm branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, produce, and oversee video and social media content from concept through final delivery
- Manage all phases of production, including pre-production planning, shoot-day logistics, and post-production editing
- Collaborate with firm leadership and marketing team to develop a content strategy aligned with brand goals
- Direct and coordinate talent, crew, and any freelance contributors as needed
- Edit and package content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Maintain a consistent visual and brand identity across all produced content
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and equipment/resource needs
- Stay current on social media trends and content formats relevant to the legal/professional services space
- 3+ years of experience in film, television, or content production (industry experience strongly preferred)
- Proven portfolio or reel demonstrating production and storytelling ability
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and best practices
- Experience managing end-to-end production workflows, including budgeting and scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines

- Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience and education
