What you'll do
- Help plan, test and run omnichannel member campaigns, then organize the resulting activity data
- Gather member communications across channels and coordinate delivery details with outside vendors
- Support the brand’s outfit community by managing content and planning community events
- Research other brands’ membership programs and campaigns, along with digital marketing
- Prepare reports and materials, translate files, organize documents and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
What you bring
- You are currently enrolled as a full-time student at a higher education institution
- You can analyze data in Excel and prepare reports in PowerPoint
- You can work fluently in English and Chinese across speaking, listening, reading, writing and analysis
Who this fits
This part-time internship suits a student interested in fashion retail and brand consumer experience. You’ll work from the Jing’an District office in Shanghai at least three days each week. Monday through Thursday attendance and a commitment of at least six months are preferred.

成为A&F市场部实习生，将有机会参与时尚行业市场部项目，获得企业跨部门，跨国和第三方供应商的团队工作经验，组织和参与项目的策划和执行：
- 会员活动运营支持：参与全渠道会员活动运营策划，上线测试与落地执行，以及活动数据整理
- 会员沟通内容协助：根据会员沟通计划，协助搜集整理全渠道会员沟通内容，与第三方供应商确认会员沟通执行细节，并协助整理沟通效果数据
- 会员社区运营支持：协助管理品牌穿搭社区内容，策划社区活动
- 市场调研：品牌会员体系和活动相关的竞品调研、数字化营销研究等
- 协助文档整理、报告制作、物料设计、文件翻译、内部团队沟通、外部供应商对接等工作

- 具备高度的责任感，注重细节，态度积极向上喜欢学习新知识，并且以结果为导向
- 市场/广告/传播专业优先，对时尚服饰零售行业感兴趣，关注品牌消费者体验
- 熟练运用Excel进行数据分析
- 能够运用PowerPoint制作报告
- 英文为主要的工作语言，须具备出色的中英文听说读写及分析总结能力
- 办公室地点位于上海市静安区，每周到岗工作至少3天，周一、二、三、四上班者优先，能实习6个月及以上优先
