The Associate Director, Performance Lead for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) is responsible for spearheading the performance monitoring strategy. This role includes assessing brand performance via comprehensive reporting and reviews with cross-functional teams, area leads, and brand team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Formulate detailed brand performance reports by consulting all business dashboards.
  • Identify performance gaps and uncover root causes by engaging with area and affiliate leads.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly performance reviews, delivering updates to senior leadership.

  • Provide monthly updates to the TA team on brand performance, collaborate with them to identify gaps, and work closely with MABi to gain a comprehensive understanding of performance.

Financial Planning & Modeling:

  • Coordinate financial planning processes and develop financial models to support guidance for affiliates during planning and Long Range Plan (LRP).
  • Manage financial planning cycles for the IBD portfolio.
  • Develop commercial models to establish clear and ambitious guidance for areas and affiliates.

Strategic Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing leads, finance, Customer Excellence, BTS, and other relevant functions.
  • Measure and assess the impact of strategic initiatives and tactics in partnership with marketing, MABI, and finance teams.

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and financial acumen with a robust understanding of numbers/data.
  • Industry Experience: Previous area and/or affiliate exposure is ideal.
  • Process Development: Ability to develop practical and efficient structures and processes.
  • Initiative & Innovation: Self-driven with innovative thinking capabilities.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to create well-structured execution plans.
  • Communication & Networking: Excellent networking skills and effective communication abilities to build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and cross-geographical teams without direct authority.
  • Problem Solving: Quick to learn and adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office for creating executive-ready communications and strategic documents.
