What you bring
- At least three years across graphic design, web design, and video editing, ideally in high-growth SaaS, technology, or an agency
- Strong Framer capability, including building with components, variants, and scroll effects while preserving site speed
- Advanced skill with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- A portfolio showing Framer websites, graphic or brand work, and edited video
- The ability to create polished, trustworthy visuals for enterprise leaders while keeping the work distinctive

Role Overview
Most B2B enterprise software looks exactly the same: sterile stock photos, clunky websites, and uninspired corporate videos. We refuse to blend in.
Zania is looking for a hybrid creative powerhouse—a Graphic Designer and Framer Developer who also knows their way around a video timeline. You will be the visual engine of our go-to-market team, responsible for making Zania look like the cutting-edge AI pioneer that it is. From designing and building stunning web pages in Framer to cutting punchy product videos and crafting bold social assets, you will own the visual execution of our brand.
What You’ll Do
Own the Website (Framer): Design, build, and maintain Zania’s marketing website in Framer. You’ll create high-converting, animated, and pixel-perfect landing pages at startup speed.
Design High-Impact Graphics: Craft everything from LinkedIn campaign assets and technical diagrams to polished sales decks and one-pagers. You will translate complex AI and security concepts into clean, striking visuals.
Edit Dynamic Video Content: Cut and polish product demos, founder interviews, webinars, and short-form social clips. You know how to pace a video to keep enterprise buyers engaged.
Elevate the Brand: Work directly with the founders and the Growth team to evolve Zania’s visual identity. You’ll ensure every touchpoint—from a cold email GIF to a flagship website hero video—screams quality.
Ship Fast: We don't do month-long agency feedback loops. You will concept, design, build, and publish with high autonomy and rapid turnarounds.

Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and video editing, preferably at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or creative agency.
Deep proficiency in Framer (this is a must—you must be able to build what you design).
Mastery of Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
A stunning portfolio that proves your range: we want to see Framer sites you've built, graphic assets you've designed, and videos you've edited.
