    Position Overview

    The Marketing Associate is a hands-on marketing generalist who will support the Marketing Director and the broader Marketing team in executing demand generation programs across the Xplor Field Services portfolio. This individual will coordinate campaigns across paid, email, web, social, content, partner, event, and customer channels, ensuring that programs are delivered accurately, on time, and with clear performance tracking.

    The Marketing Associate will work closely with Product and Product Marketing to translate product innovation into clear, relevant communications for current and prospective customers. The ideal candidate is organized, curious, data-minded, comfortable managing multiple initiatives, and eager to build broad experience in SaaS marketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    Campaign Management & Demand Generation

    • Support the planning, build, launch, and optimization of integrated demand generation campaigns across all channels.
    • Manage campaign calendars, briefs, timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables from kickoff through performance review.
    • Coordinate campaign execution across email, paid media, organic social, web, content, webinars, events, partners, and customer marketing.
    • Ensure campaigns are aligned to target audiences, funnel stages, product priorities, and revenue goals.
    • Monitor campaign pacing and results, identify issues, and recommend practical optimizations.
    • Maintain consistent campaign documentation, naming conventions, tracking links, and reporting inputs.

    Product Innovation & Go-to-Market Support

    • Partner closely with Product and Product Marketing to understand roadmap priorities, product launches, enhancements, and customer value.
    • Help develop and execute go-to-market plans that keep current and prospective customers informed of the latest product innovations.
    • Coordinate launch communications across email, web, social, sales enablement, webinars, release content, and customer channels.
    • Translate product information into clear campaign briefs and audience-appropriate messaging in partnership with subject-matter experts.
    • Gather feedback from campaign performance, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to improve future product communications.

    Content, Social & Customer Engagement

    • Support the development and distribution of campaign content, including emails, landing pages, social posts, blogs, customer stories, webinars, and sales materials.
    • Manage organic social publishing and campaign amplification across relevant platforms.
    • Help source and coordinate user-generated content, customer testimonials, reviews, references, and case studies.
    • Repurpose content across channels and formats to increase reach, engagement, and campaign efficiency.
    • Ensure content and campaign assets are current, accurate, on brand, and appropriate for the intended audience.

    Marketing Operations & Reporting

    • Build and quality-check campaign assets and workflows within the marketing technology stack.
    • Coordinate audience segmentation, list management, lead routing requirements, and campaign tracking with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations partners.
    • Maintain dashboards and recurring reports that show campaign engagement, funnel progression, pipeline contribution, and channel performance.
    • Use AI and modern marketing tools to improve campaign development, content adaptation, research, analysis, and team productivity.
    • Follow data quality, consent, brand, and campaign governance standards.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with the Marketing Director and Marketing team to balance priorities and deliver against the annual marketing plan.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to support pipeline-building programs and provide timely campaign materials.
    • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Support to coordinate customer communications and launch readiness.
    • Coordinate with agencies, consultants, contractors, and corporate marketing resources as needed.
    • Communicate campaign status, risks, decisions, and results clearly to stakeholders.

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or a related discipline.
    • Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing multiple concurrent deadlines.
    • Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
    • Working knowledge of email marketing, digital advertising, social media, web content, and campaign analytics.
    • Comfort using CRM, marketing automation, project management, analytics, and collaboration tools.
    • Ability to understand product concepts and communicate customer value in clear, concise language.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
    • Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing quality, speed, and insight.

    Preferred

    • Experience in vertical SaaS, field service management, trades software, home services technology, or an adjacent market.
    • Experience supporting software product launches or customer product communications.
    • Familiarity with marketing attribution, lead lifecycle management, SEO, paid media, webinars, events, or customer advocacy programs.
    • Experience marketing to small and mid-sized business owners and operators.
    • Basic design, video, webinar, or content management experience.

    The average base salary pay range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000

    May be considered for a discretionary bonus.

    This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
