What you'll do

- A portfolio featuring trailer graphics, title design, logo animation, and streaming promotions
- Deep familiarity with AV finishing processes and broadcast or streaming deliverables
- Experience leading motion graphics teams and communicating creative feedback clearly

Senior hands-on leadership role overseeing motion graphics execution for high-profile theatrical and streaming campaigns - from concept through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate graphics for trailers, TV spots, and streaming promos
- Stay hands-on in After Effects and Cinema 4D while leading campaigns end-to-end
- Mentor motion designers and review all graphics before delivery
- Partner with editors, producers, and CDs to manage workflows and deadlines
- Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns in fast-paced production
- Contribute to project scoping, scheduling, and resource planning
What you Bring
- 6-10 + years in motion graphics, AV marketing, and theatrical advertising
- Expert-level After Effects and Cinema 4D; strong compositing and finishing
- Portfolio of trailer graphics, title design, logo animation, and streaming promos
- Deep knowledge of AV finishing pipelines and broadcast/streaming deliverables
- Experience leading motion graphics teams with strong creative communication
Nice to Have
- Entertainment marketing agency or streaming platform background
- Advanced 3D skills and familiarity with AI-assisted motion workflows
