Role brief

growthroles summary, based on the employer's posting.

What you'll do

  • Own creator acquisition and sharing loops, improving their measurable effect on the product's k-factor
  • Find drop-offs in creator journeys, then test fixes using explicit rules for deciding outcomes
  • Run rapid A/B tests to increase creator activation and keep users engaged over time
  • Use Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools plus SQL to study behavior and quantify test results
  • Improve discovery and engagement with recommendation or ranking teams while building for teen-skewing UGC audiences

What you bring

  • You have grown a consumer social or UGC app beyond ten million monthly active users
  • You joined before that scale was reached and remained through the company's expansion
  • You can work directly with product analytics platforms and SQL to evaluate user behavior
  • You have hands-on experience using Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or comparable testing platforms
  • You have delivered creator and sharing loops with measurable gains in k-factor impact

Who this fits

This role suits a hands-on product growth specialist from consumer social or UGC, rather than a strictly marketing, paid acquisition, data engineering, consultant, or agency background. You should have worked on products for teen-skewing audiences and avoid an enterprise or B2B-only focus. You must relocate to London for full-time office work by October 2026.
