Wells Fargo is seeking a role in Senior Business Execution Consultant


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Graphic Design or visual design-related field
  • 2+* years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or similar agency environment and
  • 2+* years of experience in a client-service minded environment
  • Advanced-level experience in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • 10+*years of Graphic Design experience,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
  • Proven ability to visualize complex concepts in a creative and engaging manner
  • Critical attention to detail and eye for esthetics
  • Exceptional consultation and client relation skills; receptive to feedback
  • Advanced computer drawing/illustration skills
  • Brand experience
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness, professionalism, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Design portfolio showcasing examples of original designs: infographics, illustration, presentations, or similar work.


Job Expectations:

  • Pull the more design-intensive requests from the queue and deliver on-time, quality results
  • Serve as the team SME in custom graphics
  • Communicate with clients, with a consultative and customer service mindset
  • Become an expert in and advocate for the Wells Fargo brand
  • Review jobs for quality, brand adherence, accuracy, and completeness
  • Train and assist broader PDS team on requests that require enhanced designs
  • Assist in updating and maintaining training guides, libraries, and other design resources.
