We are looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer who can operate as a trusted partner to the CEO while bringing strong expertise in healthcare consumer products and channel sales.

The ideal candidate will have previously handled a National Channel Sales role, with a strong understanding of distributor networks, trade channels, regional markets, sales planning, and channel expansion. This is a strategic and execution-oriented position requiring someone who can understand business priorities, work closely with senior leadership, and drive follow-through across sales and commercial initiatives.

The candidate should combine strong business acumen with excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CEO on strategic, operational, and commercial priorities, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.
  • Leverage extensive Channel Sales experience to support business growth, distribution expansion, and revenue-generation initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and executing national sales strategies across distributors, dealers, retailers, modern trade, and other relevant channels.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and regional teams to track targets, performance, market opportunities, and key business initiatives.
  • Analyze sales reports, channel performance, market trends, and regional data to provide actionable insights to the CEO.
  • Support the CEO in identifying opportunities for market expansion, channel development, and improved sales productivity.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between sales, marketing, operations, finance, supply chain, and other teams.
  • Prepare business reviews, MIS reports, presentations, dashboards, and briefing documents for leadership meetings.
  • Track key decisions and action items from leadership discussions and ensure timely closure with relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including distributors, channel partners, senior sales leaders, and business associates.
  • Support strategic initiatives, special projects, and business reviews led by the CEO.

Must-Have Skills

  • 15–20 years of overall professional experience, preferably with substantial experience in healthcare consumer products, FMCG, consumer healthcare, pharma, or allied sectors.
  • Proven experience managing or leading National Channel Sales operations.
