From the employer
About Viktor
Viktor is the AI teammate. He lives in Slack and Microsoft Teams, connects to thousands of tools, and does real work for real companies: finance, marketing, ops, engineering. We're building the product that replaces half the SaaS stack.
The team is small. The scope is not.
The Short Version
You're a technical partner to our Account Executives on their highest-potential deals. You support discovery, build bespoke demos and use cases, run POCs with clear success criteria, and are the first technical touch when bigger teams start onboarding.
You join our new Solutions Engineering team in Dublin or Warsaw and report to our Solutions Engineering Lead. Until the Lead is in seat, you report to Robbie O'Connor, our Chief Revenue Officer.
What's Actually Going On Here
Enterprise and high-potential Inside Sales deals need hands-on technical help: bespoke demos, POCs, and answers on integrations and security. Today that pulls engineers off product work.
Accounts and the sales number belong to the AEs, the support queue to User Operations, and product engineering to our engineers.
The Hard Part
We'll be honest: the scope is still being shaped, and the enterprise motion is new.
What You'll Actually Do
Support AEs in discovery on high-potential deals.
Build bespoke demos and use cases for the deals that matter most.
Run POCs with agreed success criteria through to a decision.
Be the first technical touch when bigger teams start onboarding, in place of our engineers.
Answer integration and security questions, and add what you learn to our answer bank.
How You'll Know It's Working
By day 90:
You've supported live deals with demo builds the team can reuse.
At least one POC has run to a decision against agreed success criteria.
Our security and integration answer bank has grown with what you've learned.
Who You Are
2+ years as a Solutions Engineer, solutions or implementation engineer, forward-deployed engineer or technical CSM at a PLG, API or AI company.
You build real things for customers: scripts, integrations and agent workflows.
You've run POCs or technical evaluations to a clear outcome.
You explain technical and security topics plainly to non-technical buyers.
You build with AI agents and LLM APIs, hands on.
Probably Not a Fit If
You demo, but you don't build.
You'd promise a feature, a roadmap date or a compliance date to win a deal.
Why This Role Is Different
You take an early seat on a new Solutions Engineering team, building with a product that changes weekly. As the team grows across Europe and the US, the path leads to senior Solutions Engineer or lead.
How we work
Small team, high trust, low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week. You will talk to users your first day.
We don't do alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs. We build things, see if they work, and iterate.
Why Viktor
We're one of the fastest-growing companies in the world. The product works. The market is pulling.
This is a rare window: everyone here owns something real. Not a task. A surface of the company that customers depend on.
That doesn't last forever. Right now, it's still true.
Compensation
Top-of-the-market salary and the kind of ownership that only exists at this stage.
The best work happens when you're in the room. Munich, New York, Dublin, and Warsaw. Remote for some roles.
