Essential Functions
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to assess international market opportunities, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances with international distributors, resellers, and channel partners to extend market reach and penetration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics and sales KPIs to track progress and performance.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning within the sales organization.
Required Education, Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
- Proven experience in developing and executing inbound and outbound sales strategies in a competitive market environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing international market expansion strategies, including market research, partner/channel development, and localization efforts.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales professionals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (such as Salesforce).
- Ability to travel as needed 15%-25%.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in sports sectors.
