Role Overview

Supports and executes digital marketing and digital experience initiatives across Vanguard Canada's websites and digital channels. The role is responsible for website content authoring and publishing, campaign implementation, digital analytics and reporting, accessibility, quality assurance, and ongoing digital operations.

This role works closely with business, technology, and external partners to deliver digital initiatives, maintain compliant and accessible experiences, and support effective marketing operations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports and executes digital marketing and digital experience initiatives across Vanguard Canada's websites and digital channels.
  • Authors, publishes, maintains, and quality-assures content using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Manages website updates, including product and fund changes, campaign content, regulatory content, and other business-critical updates.
  • Supports the execution of digital campaigns, including website content, landing pages, email journeys, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver digital enhancements, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates testing and quality assurance activities across digital experiences and marketing activations.
  • Applies accessibility, SEO, privacy, compliance, and digital governance requirements to digital content and experiences.
  • Supports accessibility testing, remediation efforts, and ongoing adherence to accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Manages digital measurement and reporting, including campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and analytics validation.
  • Maintains operational processes, documentation, and publishing standards to support efficient and scalable digital operations.
  • Supports digital work intake, prioritisation, and workflow management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve digital processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Monitors and supports digital requirements related to product launches, regulatory initiatives, and other business priorities.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital marketing, digital experience, website operations, content management, or a related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with a web content management system. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is strongly preferred.
  • Experience executing digital campaigns, including landing pages, email journeys, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics, SEO, accessibility, quality assurance, and content governance best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including time-sensitive product, campaign, regulatory, and website updates.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, risk management, and operational processes.
  • Experience collaborating with technology, product, compliance, legal, marketing, and external development partners.
  • Experience in financial services is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, CRM platforms, email marketing tools, workflow management systems, and digital reporting tools is an asset.
