Who this fits

This role suits someone who enjoys coordinating projects and digital channels while keeping details and competing priorities in order. You’ll support a marketing team in Maasmechelen, Belgium, with Dutch and English fluency required; French or German is an added advantage.

From the employer

About The Bicester Collection

We are extraordinary people creating extraordinary experiences. #extraordinarytogether

Part of The Bicester Collection, Maasmechelen Village located at the crossroads where Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands meet, basks in the sunshine of neighbouring Antwerp and Brussels. Our open-air, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 100 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The marketing team is hiring a Marketing Coordinator.

The role

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the connective tissue of our Village marketing team — keeping projects, and channels running smoothly so that every campaign, and guest touchpoint lands on time. You'll be trusted with real ownership: from being the single source of truth in our project tools, to stepping in as support across our digital channels when the team needs you most.

It's a role for someone who loves structure as much as they love a fast-moving digital marketing environment —juggling projects, content and channels - someone who spots what's about to go wrong before it does, and who enjoys being the person others rely on to keep things moving.

What you will do

  • Own and maintain our project management tool as the team's single source of truth
  • Coordinate marketing projects across the team, tracking deadlines and deliverables so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Join cross-functional planning meetings, keeping projects and stakeholders aligned across departments
  • Provide operational support for website, app, newsletter, push notifications and social channels – including video editing in CapCut Pro
  • Step in as back-up for project coordination during colleagues' absences or peak periods
  • Support the roll-out of Village touchpoints, liaising with printers and retail teams to keep deliverables on track
  • Provide hands-on support during high-energy moments such as shoots and events
  • Handle day-to-day marketing administration: purchase orders, contracts, invoices and third-party onboarding
  • Be the go-to person for the team's administrative questions and help organise team meetings

Who you are

  • You have 1–3 years' experience in a (digital) marketing, events or project coordination role
  • You bring strong organisational skills and a genuine eye for detail
  • You make clear, well-judged calls when priorities compete, and you don't let ambiguity slow the team down
  • You build real working relationships across teams, and prefer co-owning outcomes over simply handing off tasks
  • You're digitally fluent — comfortable moving between Asana, CMS, CRM, social platforms, Microsoft Office and CapCut Pro
  • You're comfortable using data and AI tools to work smarter, whether that's spotting a risk early, speeding up reporting, or automating routine admin
  • You can prioritise and multitask across several projects and channels at once, without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • You're fluent in Dutch and English; French and/or German is a strong asset
